Esq., dated March 8, 2022, and the Exhibits attached thereto, and upon all pleadings, papers and
proceedings heretofore had herein, the undersigned will move this Court Motion Submission Part
at 60 Centre Street, Room 130 at 9:30am, on the 18th day of March 2022, or as soon thereafter as
counsel can be heard, for an Order: (1) substituting Landman, Corsi Ballaine and Ford, P.C., in as
Counsel for defendants, Reliant Transportation, Inc. and Bienvenido R. Pena, in place of Marshall
Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin; and (2) for such other and further relief as the Court shall
deem just and proper.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that pursuant to Rule 2214(b) of the CPLR,
answering affidavits, if any, must be served upon the undersigned at least seven (7) days prior to
the return date of this motion.
