                                              ORDER ADJUSTING TRIAL DATE

                       THIS CAUSE having previously come before this Court on Defendants, Kunal Chaudhry,
               M.D. and Cardiology Associates of Stuart, P.A's, Motion to Adjust the Trial Date being granted,
               with reservation, and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is

                        ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the trial date is hereby adjusted by one week. The start
               date for this 3-week trial is moved from its current date of April 6, 2020 to April 13, 2020 beginning
               at 9:30 a.m. for jury selection and trial before the Hon. A.B. Majeed, who has been appointed as
               the trial judge in this matter.
