as said property is shown on the current Tax Map of
the Borough of Manhattan, City and State of New
York.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a proceeding has been commenced and is now
pending in this Court upon the Verified Petition (the “Petition”), dated April 11, 2023, of the
Metropolitan Transportation Authority (“MTA”) for the acquisition by eminent domain of fee title
to certain real property located in the Borough of Manhattan, New York County, City and State
of New York.
The names of such of the reputed condemnees of such real property interests
sought to be acquired by the Petition are set forth on the annexed schedule. If there are other
interested persons or owners, their names are unknown to MTA.
The property as to which the MTA seeks to acquire fee title pursuant to the
Petition is more particularly described as follows:
1. Block 1784, Lot 23 (a/k/a 2327 Second Avenue),
2. Block 1784, Lot 24 (a/k/a 2329 Second Avenue),
3. Block 1784, Lot 25 (a/k/a 2331 Second Avenue),
4. Block 1784, Lot 26 (a/k/a 2333 Second Avenue),
5. Block 1784, Lot 27 (a/k/a 2335 Second Avenue),
