COMES NOW, the Plaintiff, SALLY SIMON, as Personal Representative of the
Estate of Michael Simon, by and through her undersigned attorney, and hereby moves
this Court in limine to preclude the Defendant, SAMUEL ESTEPA, M.D., from referring
te released or dismissed parties as former Defendants in this lawsuit. In support of
said Motion, Plaintiff states:

1. Plaintiff has previousty settled ail claims with former Defendants, MARK
ASPERILLA, M.D., DALE GREENBERG, M.D., and CONRAD EPPING KOERPER,
