Principal o? Rectx Albany, LL 2 and Select Garages, LLC. I have personal knowledge of the
parking garage le tted at 333 Roctor Place, New York, NY.
2. I tespectfully sut mit this Affidavit in support of 333 Rector Garage's summary
judgment motion to have laintiffJesus German's ("plaintiff") Verified Complaint dismissed as
well as alloross-:1tims against, n their entirety and with prejudice.
3. At s Principal of $33 Rector Garage, LLC, I directed and controlled all aspects of
plaintiff's work :1 the parking 3arage. I set plaintiff's wages, method of payment, his work
schedule, h.s duti>: and pr motimis. I hired the plaintiff and had the right to firehim as well.
