My duties are day to day, there 16 is a lot of administrative work, so there 17 is budgeting, communication with the Super, 18 various buildings where they are synonymous 19 with Resident Manager, communication with 20 the Boards of the various buildings and 21 communication with tenants and doing sales 22 and leasing transactions. 23 Q.
