AND NOW, this Boy of July, 2008, upon consideration of the
unopposed petition of 321 Henderson Receivables Origination LLC (“Henderson”), the Court
hereby finds as follows:

1. The transfer of the structured settlement proceeds, specifically, 120 monthly
payments of $440.00 each beginning January 26, 2014 and ending December 26, 2023; 1
payment of $5,000.00 due February 26, 2014; and 1 payment of $5,000.00 due February 26,

2019 (the “Assigned Payments”) by Christopher Vandal (“Mr. Vandal”) to Henderson as
