Instruction dated May 27, 2021 and the Court having heard argument of counsel and the Court

2. The deposition of Julia Swanson, subject to a potential ruling on a motion for protective
order, along with the depositions pursuant to F.R.C.P. 1.310(b)(6), shall occur within 60
days.
