ORDER SUSTAINING PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT
NOW on this Ay of Moy 2022, the above came on for hearing before this Court
on Plaintiff, Credit Bureau Services Association’s (‘Plaintiff’) Motion for Summary Judgment.
WHEREUPON, the Court, having heard argument and reviewed the evidence presented,
and fully advised and in compliance with Oklahoma District Court Rule 13, FINDS, to wit:
1, That Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment is hereby SUSTAINED.
2. That judgment is hereby rendered against Defendant, Chad Lierle (“Defendant”) and
in favor of Plaintiff in the amount of $613.65, plus incurred litigation costs of $364.14 and
incurred attorneys’ fees of $500.00, for a judgment of $1,477.79.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED, that Plaintiff have
and recover judgment of and from Defendant in the amount of $1,477.79, plus accruing post-
judgment interest from the date of judgment, at the statutorily prescribed judgment rate of
interest until paid, as well as all costs and attorneys’ fees associated with the collection of the
same, for all of which let execution issue, and that Plaintiff further be authorized to obtain
Defendant’s employment information from the OESC, pu
